Customer Policy
 
Parcels accepted from customers are subject to refusal for shipment by the carrier.  Byron Quick Ship has no liability if any claim is denied or paid only in part by carrier.  Parcels packed by customer not meeting carrier requirements are not covered for damage during shipment.  Byron Quick Ship assumes no liability for damage to a parcel packaged by the customer.  The carrier’s liability is limited to the pre-paid declared value.  If parcels arrive damaged the recipient must save all packaging materials/cartons and must arrange for inspection of the damaged parcels with carrier local agent or claim may be denied.  Byron Quick Ship shall not be liable for any delays in shipment or deliveries by the carrier.  All claims not made in writing within 15 days of shipment are waved.
